our Initiative
The Initiative for European Progress is an independent, non-profit civic initiative based in Athens, Greece. Founded in July 2025, our mission is to turn the principles and ideals of the European Union into actual results in law, in society, and in everyday life.
This is not a typical think tank or top-down foundation. This is an initiative for liberal citizens across Europe to mobilize for tangible change — because progress means changing the status quo, advocating for justice, fighting entrenched interests, and holding politicians accountable.
We believe Europe is more than a political union. It is our shared culture of democracy, justice, inclusion, and sustainability. Our Initiative brings together citizens, experts, and institutions to build a future where European values are not only protected, but enacted.
